This is an excellent text on change management in organizations. So well written with quotes and research from the top leaders in this field of organizational leadership. I love the chapter lay out, the case study and chart examples and the website. I wish I had more texts like this one. It’s great! If you manage a company - get ahead and read this. If you’re a student in this field - this is a book you will want to own in your library.

I found the book very hard to read. Almost every sentence had at least one reference making them difficult to read especially as I have dyslexia. Would not have chosen to read this book, but had to as was the set text for my MBA course.
