Easy to put on and provides some cushioning. Helped my cracked heels a little. However hasn’t helped with the pain, bought for plantar fasciitis, and they start smelling after a few wears. Not as helpful as I thought it would be.

A good fit, and reduces pain in heel when walking.

I've been wearing silicon sleeves on my ankles for a few years now to cope with Haglunds bumps above both heels.But always looking for something else that is more practical (I have to put the silicon under my socks) and I think these have done the trick for me (one week in, they're wearing well).I'm experiencing NO rubbing or scraping, and even though they - black coloured ones - peak above my shoe line it's not noticeable.EDIT March 2025 - 3 months on and I'm still impressed. They're wearing well and after daily use, still look newish and have the same bounce on the sole from the memory foam insert. My haglund's bumps are protected also, I'll be buying another pair as a spare soon.

Rubbish. Worked for a few weeks the interio padding was so flattened that they made no difference!

It's good but can feel be a little bit too thick when putting the shoes on. It relief the pain of the heel when walking but I'm 68kg and I can see that after 3weeks it loose his durability... it get flat at some point and so no protection of the heel anymore. So for 68kg it's good for 2-3weeks max. I did used it mostly everyday due to my leg injury. The scratches have good grasp!
