EXCELLENT PLUS CAME WITH A BONUS
This tool worked really well for me/us. First time using a lung remover while processing chickens but it sure was appreciated. Should last for many years - sharp, strong stainless steel. Be careful when washing at the end of the workday because those teeth are very sharp. I WAS AMAZED AT THE POULTRY SHEARS THAT CAME AS A BONUS. They were excellent - much better than the OXO ones that I ordered. Super good deal and the box came fast.

Good grip and sturdy construction, a must have for processing ducks.
This lung scraper works well and is a welcome addition.when processing my ducks. They have a long narrow cavity that is sometimes too narrow to even get my hand in enough to scrape away lungs.I have another type of scraper that has a smaller, round head. This long narrow scraper covers a larger area per swipe and requires a little less aim. I also received a bonus set of shears which was a happy surprise. I'm not sure if that is just a limited time offer, so am only reviewing the scraper.

It is made of stainless steel. It has a loop for hanging it up. The handle is large enough to get a good grip. The scraping head is securely fixed to the handle. Overall, this lung remover seems very sturdy and I expect it will last for some time.
