Decent case, no instructions with my version but it was discounted, and I still managed to take it all apart and put it back together. Nice finishes and the rubber grips are ace!

Excellent item, fits the middle aged Xbox One controller (1708) perfectly. You have to dismantle everything to change the buttons but everything here is so well made it all goes back together really easily. Recommend it!

This shell looks awesome and is OEM quality with comfortable rubberized rear grips. Everything needed to install is included; screwdriver, parts, etc. The only thing mine didn’t have was the sync button. No instructions are included, you’ll want to be familiar with disassembling electronics. I rate the install a 4/10 difficulty wise and about 30 minutes. Make sure your controller is the right model number. Unfortunately for me I had an older revision of the Xbox One controller and a couple small internal changes made this unusable. Otherwise everything seemed like it fit perfectly and I’d highly recommend this!

This is easily the best upgrade you can make for an old/ worn controller. I bought an Xbox One S used back in January. The Xbox was dirty, and the controller was worn, but all of the buttons and sticks still worked, other than the right stick being loose and the thumbpads having worn almost completely off. I was looking to replace the sticks, but the on/off button also looked horrible, so I decided that I would look for a complete shell replacement. I actually only found a few, and this was the only one that clearly came with the power button, as the other seem to expect you to bring the old button over. Well, this complete shell kit looks great, fixed the problem I had with the right stick feeling worn, and included all the buttons, screws, and tools I needed to finish the job. It's not perfect, but it's close. My only issue is the trigger has a slight gap, but it doesn't affect gameplay with the controller. Plus, this looks almost exactly like the $130 Starfield Limited Edition controller. I would easily buy this again. I actually want to find another old Xbox One S/X controller to put this shell on to have a set.
