Being able to multiple books available at one time is great! Now I’ll know when to reorder!!!

It fits my needs bookkeeping for a local civic commitment that I have. 3 receipts is perfect and they store easily for auditing purposes.

These triplicate receipts have sufficient lines to facilitate the documentation not only of the dollar amount and the date it changed hands but also the purpose of the transaction, the nature of the payment (cash, check, etc.), and any other details. Should the receipt provider have a personal or corporate rubber stamp, the left edge of the receipt provides space for its use. The original receipt always should go to the payor. One carbon usually is retained with the deposit ticket to document both the source of the money and the fact that it was deposited, and the other carbon remains in the book as an extra copy for use if needed.

The Adams Money and Rent Receipt Book has been used for over five years by the Lincoln City Senior Center. It is an excellent way to keep track of the membership both as to the fee and the person joining.There is plenty of space on the receipt to add information if desired. We give the white copy to the member,the treasurer gets the yellow copy and the pink copy stays in the book. This gives us a precise recordof income received, and provides a receipt for both the member and the treasurer. That makes this bookideal for us.
