Bought this tea maker as a gift for my husband. He loves the 1.7L large capacity, which is perfect for brewing enough tea for the whole family or when we have guests over. The automatic lift tea infuser is his favorite feature, allows precisely control the steeping time, ensuring every cup of tea is brewed to perfection. The temperature control system is another standout, enabling him to select the ideal temperature for different types of tea, whether it's delicate green tea or robust black tea. The glass looks great on our countertop. Cleaning is easy. Overall, my husband is thoroughly impressed with this hot Tea Maker.

It can automatically rise and fall. It will boil the water first, then the tea strainer will automatically drop into the water, and soak for 1 to 20 minutes according to the type of tea you set, then it will automatically rise after soaking. In this way, the tea leaves will not be soaked in water all the time. Convenient and delicious! Highly recommended!

We have now tried three products with similar features. Tea makers with automatic diffusers.Originally we had the Breville, (approx $300 US). This is by far the highest quality of the bunch. We replaced that after the glass pitcher was dropped and broke. Then we tried less expensive options. Next was the Razzori (approx $100). When this one arrived, it didn't work at all, so we returned it. The third option was this Buydeem (approx $120) that I am reviewing here. We liked it but it stopped working after 6 months. It won't turn on. All 3 products have similar (but not exact) features that we love. Great functionality. Buydeem and Razzori were not dependable. Too bad the Breville is so expensive. I guess I'll wait and see if it goes on sale.

UPDATE: The company shipped me a new unit free of charge in response to this review so I am revising my rating up to three stars. I leave the review as is however because I still think that given the price tier it's been placed at the English should be better, it should be more intuitive to use, and it should be constructed to be and look more sturdy, serviceable, and especially the magnetic element should not seem so flimsy and breakable.----This is a lovely machine that's very nice to look at, but after only two and a half months of very occasional use the important automatic magnetic tea basket mechanism has already broken beyond repair. At this price point the mechanics should be rugged or easy to fix not something that's going to fail and be impossible to service within a short amount of time.On top of that, while I found figuring out how to use it sufficiently intuitive to get around, it's obvious that the labeling and layout are not written by somebody who natively understands English but rather must be something that was laid out in Chinese and translated into English. The instructions are even worse poorly translated Chinese into English and while guests were generally impressed by the mechanism when asked to use it themselves few could figure it out quickly without a lot of explanation. I ended up having to use the label maker to clarify the buttons.If this was a $20 to $50 machine I would not be writing this review because it would have turned out to be a beautiful but far too delicate inexpensive machine. But at $160 even with coupons and discounts this is a top of the market priced machine with bottom of the market priced performance. It's unacceptable for anything in this price class to be unreliable in this way.On top of that most of the value appears to be in the appearance of the glass kettle itself. The base and even some of the kettle design seems cheap compared even to $60 models which will often use metal or different kinds of plastics as opposed to the extremely cheap plastic used on the base for this machine. That's compounded by the inept anglicization which screams cheap if the product doesn't deliver.

The media could not be loaded. easy to use, easy to clean and especially easy to brew tea. but after a week, probably, the metal insert on the lid began to oxidize and the paint was peeling off ((I think there should be a special treatment to prevent this from happening

The media could not be loaded. I have been using it for a while and I am very surprised by the lifting function. I like it very much and it is magnetic. It has different functions for different teas. The only drawback is that it cannot keep warm all the time, but I still like this pot very much.
