I love the way it looked so much that I ordered two more. Works of art!

The media could not be loaded. So I bought two of these gorgeous pedestals. I’ve had them over a month, they have been outdoors the whole time and I live in Hawaii. I think the design is perfect. I don’t think it’s too hollow, it’s perfect because it’s more easier to move around. I want to purchase two more.

I will be using this as a pedestal for a table. It arrived quickly, boxed very well in perfect condition. Thank you, I absolutely love it.

This appeared to me to be a very interesting piece of artwork. I ordered one on November 27, 2023. It arrived 5 days later. It was advertised to be 29-inch tall, 19 pounds. The first one I received weighed 18.03 pounds. Although the box showed no signs of distress, the figure arrived broken. The face of one of the Maenads broke off with about six fragments (see photo). I shipped it back to Amazon in exchange for a new one. The second one arrived also in about 5 days. It weighed 17.77 pounds. A label on it indicated manufacture date was in March 2023. The top platform was cast with a tilt to one side and warped (unlike the first one). The "wash painting" on it was almost nonexistent (unlike the first one), and there were numerous porosity defects on it (unlike the first one), particularly of concern were the defects on the faces of the figures. At this point I concluded this product is junk. I sent it back to Amazon for a full refund (which was granted). With the face broke off the first one I received, the hollow inside revealed, I could see inside the column. I could see wraps of epoxy coated fiberglass mat was used inside the column to give the piece some internal supportive structure. Otherwise, the bodies and column are hollow. The figures are very thin wall cast. The material is very brittle. Most all the weight comes from the bottom base and the top platform that are solid. On the same day (November 27th) that I ordered this Maenads sculpture, I also ordered an Aphrodite sculpture (not from Amazon) for about the same price as the Maenads piece (see photo #2). The Aphrodite sculpture was offered on ETSY (ETSY Item #891929254) by the vendor "GreekArtDesigns". It was shipped from Crete Greece. It took 25 days to arrive from Europe. It stands 18.7-inch tall, weighs 5.03 pounds. It is solid alabaster cast (not hollow). The Aphrodite figure is an incredible work of art. I am totally blown away by the detail and perfection. It is a beautiful piece. Buy this instead of the Toscano Maenads Sculpture. The Aphrodite sculpture is by far superior.

First I noticed was the packaging smelled of urine which was odd. The pedestal looks great however the bottom was uneven so it wobbled. Was gonna send back and ask for a replacement but figured they might all be like this so I just used some pads to make sure it laid flat on the ground. It's very light, the designs are intricate, and I think the price is probably higher than it really should be for the overall quality. Support was apathetic, Amazon says contact them, they say contact Amazon. The only real option is to return it. Overall I am happy with it but now I have a better understanding of what I will be getting if I order anything else and may just choose to pay the premium for the real thing than imitation.

Exactly as pictured! Arrived very well packaged and without any damage. Nice detail and the scale is perfect for my needs. Would recommend.
