The fabric is an extremely thin cheap plastic type material. I got it to give as a gift and likely going to just return. At best it would be useable as a thing to wear on the outside of actual joggers for design and possible water resistance. If you're looking for a decent pair this isn't it. Love the pattern, but it's not what anyone expects when ordering.

These are great looking pants. Fit well. But there is one down side. They're not cotton. They're like a thin layer like a windbreaker jacket. They won't do you any justice in cold weather. These are a bit on the cheap side as far as material. And the pockets on the thighs have no button or velcro. Other than that these look good.
