Easy Assembly
It didn't take much for my husband to put this together and it seems to be very sturdy and durable. I find the workouts to be challenging but encouraging since I don't have to go to the gym anymore. Everything is easy to use for a petite woman or a large man. Very versatile and a nice addition to the home gym.

good bench, not quite as easy to store as I expected
This is a review of Motion Space 4-in-1 Adjustable Weight Bench with Exclusive Cantilever Design for Home Gym, Preacher Curl Bench, Roman Bench with a Maximum Weight Capacity of 1000 lbs Full disclosure: I am not a gym enthusiast, and I am very out of shape—which is why I ordered this bench. Now I don’t have to get up the motivation to actually go to a gym. With this, I just need the motivation to sit on it and exercise. This is the first such device I have owned. Assembly: It was pretty easy. It was nice that I had a helper to steady the bench at a couple points, but I could have done it by myself if needed. The box has all the tools you need, except a scissors to cut the tape to get into the box itself and to cut those large plastic straps used to secure the items in transit. Note that if you think a part is missing, look again. For example, the screws for the preacher pad were not in the bag of hardware! I thought they were missing, but they were actually in the pad itself! The instructions were mostly clear, though at a couple points I wasn’t sure which pin to use. The skinnier pin is used to adjust the preacher curl pad. There is a short how-to-assemble video available by scanning a QR code that comes with the machine. I was a bit offended that to watch the video I had to watch a very short ad — it seems to me if I paid for the device I should get to see the assembly video without an ad. That is a small complaint really. When I put the ankle rest through the tube, the finish got a bit scratched because it is a very snug fit; luckily, those scratches are covered by the pads that go over each end. Stability and durability: I couldn’t tell from the listing photos if the feet were wider than the bench seat nor could I find the width measurements for those feet, and I was worried because the listing shows the width of the device as about 12”. But lucky for me the feet are wider than the bench itself. This is important for stability. The feet are 18” wide . Use: The pop pins that adjust the cantilever arms and the height of the preacher curl bar work well. The pin to adjust the angle of the backrest is a bit disappointing. The pin works ok, but it is awkward for me, maybe because I don’t have any muscles yet. The bench comes with two different cables (a 30 lb and a 40 lb), which is nice for when I get stronger (both are too hard for me right now actually). People who already have some muscles could even supply their own stronger cables. It is easy to change out the cables. Storage: It could be important to know that the feet are 18” wide when you plan where to store this (the listing says the bench is 12” wide). I was worried that the pins to fold down the legs would be hard to remove, but they are ok. For over $200 (when I ordered), I would expect easier adjustment and storage. This is a very good bench, just not quite as easy to adjust and to store as the listing suggests.

Sturdy bench, but possibly some quality control issues
The overall feel, weight, and stability of the bench is actually similar to benches in a much more expensive category. The bench is easy to put together, and it has numerous adjustments. The bench angle adjusment is a bit annoying as it's a pull-pin design making quick adjustments between sets impossible. The cantilever design was the main reason I was interested in this bench; however, after assembly, the left side quick adjustment pin fails to fully engage on two holes causing the arm to drop occasionally to the last setting. Trying to do a seated chest fly becomes slightly worrisome because of the hazard. If your cantilever design works as it should, it does provide a decent amount of hypertrophy to finish off chest days! Mixed bag of feelings here. Great overall product, but poor quality control on the moving parts.

Great hand weights!
These hand weights are great, so much better than my 15 year old weights. These are much more comfortable to hold than my old set. The material feels similar to silicone, so they are soft and somewhat flexible too. They are a perfect weight for me to use for yoga. They are holding up to light use, but they do seem well made and durable. I think the price is comparable to the quality. They were packaged very well for hand weights. It is recommended to store them in the packaging, I have been doing that thus far, but I'm not sure I will continue to do so since it takes up much more storage space that way. I am happy with these hand weights and glad I ordered them!I don't yet know how well they will hold up over time, since I haven't had them very long. I will update this review if I obtain more insightful information in the future.

Easy to hold, soft non slip material.
These seem true to weight and are pretty easy to hold and do yo with unlike bulky weights can be.I use my wrist weights and these and get really good strength building out of them during yoga. The material is soft and non slip. For the most part

If it's too light, it's a great sex toy too.
These dumbbells are very nice and soft. They are only 2.2-lbs each, so they are very light, and primarily meant for elderly rehabilitation work. They are way too light for any kind of serious weightlifting work (even for side or bent-over lateral raises). And yes, you can put a condom on these and have a little fun with them too, as they are only 2-inches wide and are nice and soft. Don't ask me how I know. But yes, I did. However, make sure you put on a condom, as these are made from TPE, and the ends have a cap that you probably want to make sure doesn't pop off accidentally or get lube inside.

A lot of options in a compact package
I wanted a weight bench for our TV room, so I was very happy to find this one on Amazon. My wife has just started an exercise program which includes dumbell exercises, some of which require a bench. We have an old dual stack cable machine in our basement, but no basic weight bench. The Motion Space bench really has more than what I needed, with room to expand the workout. I very much like the fact that you can fold in the legs and arms and stow it against a wall. This was important to keep our cats from shredding the upholstery if it was accessible to them. The whole design was very well thought out, and this was one of the easiest to assemble pieces of home exercise equipment I have seen yet. From opening the box to in use was less than 60 minutes, using the included tools and directions.
