Great deal, good products
You get a lot of stuff in this kit for the best price, or at least the price was the best when I bought it. I needed the looms, hooks and yarn needles and the yarn and clips were a nice bonus for me. The plastic of the products are not top quality but they're sufficiently durable. Kit comes with instructions for making hats and scarves. Loom knitting is a super fun and affordable hobby that anyone can enjoy.

A really solid loom set
This loom set is a solid 4.5 stars. I loom knit a lot and I have multiple round loom sets. This set definitely has a place in my collection. I ordered it primarily because it has slightly different peg counts/gauges than many of the loom sets on the market and in my equipment stash.TL;DR—This is a good solid loom set. I’m not sad I bought it. Get yourself some better picks though. For comparison, I own and frequently use the (now discontinued) Knifty Knitter 4-loom set, the Loops and Threads 4-loom set from Hobby Lobby, and the Knitting Board Chunky 3-loom set. I primarily make hats, so the largest one or two sizes in most sets are typically the most useful for me, since those are the sizes needed to make hats for adults and children (the smallest size works to make preemie hats and the next biggest is for infant sized hats). Now, on to the review:Loom quality. These are really good looms. They remind me a LOT of the Knifty Knitter looms in construction and handling. The knobs at the tops of the pegs are a little bit smaller than the Knifty Knitter looms, which was fine with me. I loved that the anchor peg was right in between two pegs and not lined up with one. There were no weird snaggy plastic burrs on most of the looms (the small orange one had a little sharp burr on the bottom of the loom just opposite the anchor peg but I was able to scratch it off with my fingernail). I didn’t have any problems with pegs popping out, though one seemed a little bit wiggly. I tried to pull it out so I could put it back in the hole with a little bit of yarn in there to tighten it but it wouldn’t come out, so I’m not worried that it will go missing or anything.Loom size/gauge. Overall, all the Alimelt looms were just a smidgen smaller than their corresponding looms from other 4-loom sets. I included a few photos so you can see the difference in size between the largest Alimelt loom (purple) and some of the other common looms on the market. For reference, the yellow is the 41-peg Knifty Knitter loom, Orange is the 48-peg Knitting Board loom, and Pink is the 40-peg Loops and Threads loom. I also included a photo of a couple of hats I made in exactly the same way with a garter stitch brim. The one on the left was made with the purple Alimelt loom, the one on the right was made with the yellow 41-peg Knifty Knitter loom.Accessory quality. This set came with 4 yarn needles, a packet of stitch markers, and 4 picks (knitting tools). The needles were fine. They were standard small yarn needles. No complaints. The picks were cheap hard-plastic-handled picks. Honestly, I didn’t use them at all. In my opinion, that style of pick is garbage (unless they have a rubbery/grippy handle like the Knifty Knitter picks, which these did not), so I tossed the blue handled one in the trash so I wouldn’t confuse it with my good picks that come with all the sets from KB looms. I put the other three in my stash for people to borrow when I lead community groups in hat-knitting projects. The stitch markers were okay. I was secretly hoping they’d be slightly smaller and elasticized like the ones that come in the Knitting Board loom knitting basics set. The ones that came with the Alimelt looms are made of hard plastic and slip over the pegs easily and were a good contrasting color so they showed up against all the looms in the set.Yarn quality. Part of what pushed me over the edge to buying this set was that it included yarn. So here are some more details about the yarn (since the listing was silent on this). It came wrapped with a plain paper band around the yarn—so no information about how much yarn per skein, fiber content, etc. The yarn I received was likely 100% polyester, because it seems to be a 3-ply chenille that’s a little thicker than a #4 worsted weight but not quite as thick as a #5 bulky yarn. It is definitely a very soft yarn! It was fun to work with for the softness factor, less fun to work with because it’s not stretchy at all.Overall, I’m glad I bought this loom set. It’s comfortable to use and will be a nice change when I want a smaller gauge than can be found in most of the other looms I own.

Not very sturdy
The pegs feel like they're gonna fall out. They're pretty loose.

Excellent Addition to my Loom Collection!
These looms are a finer gauge than many others--the pegs are closer together--and the looms are a little smaller than many other sets so they provide me with sizes I need. The looms come with a set of looms tools, a crochet hook a DIY tool and yarn needles and yarn so getting started is right at my fingertips.

Good starter set!
I bought these to loan out to residents at my long term care center, so I can teach them how to loom. Since they are less expensive than my favorite brand, I won't be too upset if I don't get them back. Took me 5 min to learn how to use them! I highly recommend getting these if you suck at knit and crochet, like I do...lol.
