Intense pomegranate flavor
I tried this product with my regular pan-fried pancakes. When I tilted and squeezed the bottle I expected to see a thick, honey-like stream of molasses. Instead, the stream was noticeably thinner, but the flavor was truly and surprisingly delicious. It delivers an intense sourness and taste of pomegranate, and it is moderately sweet. It was easy to pour it on my pancakes, and the pancakes tasted really good with the pomegranate molasses.

Adds a fun, tasty punch of flavor! Zippy! No sodium! Thin! Great in dressings/vinegarettes!
This is the first time I've had "Pomegranate Molasses by Zest Delites, Concentrated Pomegranate Juice with No Added Sugar, Vegan Gluten Free Pomegranate Syrup, No Additives 100% Natural Mediterranean Pomegranate Concentrate, 12 oz" from the ZEST Delites Store and I'm really enjoying it. It has a kind of sweet vinegary taste that is perfect in my salad dressings and vinegarettes. It's thin and not like the very thick molasses I am used to, so I have a difficult time calling it that. It's more like Pomegranate vinegar to me. I've used it a variety of ways since receiving it including sauces, dressings, dipping and even a bit in ice water to give it a hint of flavor. Depending on what you are using it for it gives a unique punch of flavor. I especially appreciate that it has no sodium. It does have 12g Total Sugars (but 0 added sugars) per TBL. The only ingredient is 100% Pomegranate Juice Concentrate. The nutritional panel as shown on the listing matches what is on my box. I received my bottle in April 2024 and the production date December 29, 2023, and expiration date December 29, 2025, are listed on both the box and bottle. Made in Türkiye.

Perfect!
This pomegranate molasses is nothing like the pomegranate syrups more commonly found in specialty stores. The flavor and tartness is intense without being as sweet as the syrups. A little bit goes a long way in cocktails, smoothies, salads etc... It's expensive here compared to out local source but this product is nonexistent in most parts of the country and still well worth it.

Thin texture- but amazing flavor!
Calling this "molasses" made me imagine something thick, and not runny, like a syrup, but this is runny, like a thick juice. The flavor was amazing, though- absolutely pure. You can tell at once nothing fake is added here, and though thin, this is not watered down, it is very intense and deliciously tart. There are a lot of great ways to enjoy this. As someone who loves pomegranate I could drink it straight from the bottle, but I found it an excellent mixer for cocktails! The strong flavor and bright color really added a punch to my Pink Ladies, and the sort of small bottle will last a lot longer in those than as a syrup, or for baking.Flavor perfection, absolutely recommended! ;)

Not like molasses
This is more the consistency of a flavor syrup you would put in coffee as opposed to a syrup you’d put on pancakes. I’ve been using it for mocktails and that is awesome. It adds a good amount of pomegranate flavor and unlike coffee flavors it is a natural flavor. It’s a little thick for a beverage syrup so I need to stir it in a little, but it adds a nice little bit of tartness. Not what I expected, but better than I expected.

Tart pom juice concentrate
The product name is a little misleading. I don't think I'd call this "molasses" in any sense. It isn't incredibly sweet nor thick like molasses (though it is more brownish than red, IMO). It seems to really be pomegranate juice concentrate. It's very tart, and I'm not sure it could be useful as a sweetener. I stirred some through plain greek yogurt and found it made little difference against the tart yogurt flavor. I used even more and it colored the yogurt but the flavor was only slightly altered. It seems you'd perhaps need to use it heavily if you're attempting to flavor something that carries it's own strong flavor. As I'm on a low sugar diet, however, I'm invested in finding ways to make this concentrate work for me. So far I've thought of the following ideas: mixing with seltzer water or sugar-free lemonade over ice, using as a salad dressing along with some olive oil (or even mixing a bit with red wine vinegar for that purpose), or adding some to a smoothie as a flavor enhancer. I'm sure there are other uses for this product, but I'm not overly wowed, nor am I sure that it's truly a good value.

Not a thick syrup, higher sugar, but tasty mix in for smoothies.
This Pomegranate Molasses sources from Turkey. It arrives in a sealed plastic bottle. I'm from the South and when you say Molasses I am thinking of a thick syrup; well, this is not that. It's actually pretty thin which is fine since the only thing I use this for is to mix in with my morning vanilla smoothie. It has good flavor; a little tart, but flavorful. Reviewers claim it's low sugar; I don't consider 12g of sugar per serving low and one bottle has 17 servings (that's a lot). Also another reviewer claimed it has high potassium - well, they didn't get that information from the nutrition label because there is no mention of potassium at all but my research about pomegranates indicates it is indeed a higher potassium food. I wish food labels were more detailed since one family member cannot consume high potassium foods. Anyway, I like the stuff - used sparingly it really jazzes up my smoothies. One bottle will last me quite a while.

Tasty addition
I do like the taste of pomegranate. I have started using this as an addition to my water to enliven it. I dont need to use much, just a little to give the water a hint of flavor to make it more interesting and assist in my daily water intake. It is tasty with a tart and sweet balance, just what you'd expect from the fruit.
