This plant based cheese is the best I’ve ever tasted! Finding products like this makes me so happy and enforces my belief that, for those of us that have to be dairy free because of allergies or other issues, we can eat tasteful and delicious foods.

Great dairy free cheese. High quality, melted well and had a good cheese stretch like cows cheese.

I used this cheese with a CauliPower plain crust to make homemade pizzas as my wife is dairy free. I was extremely pleased with everything about the cheese. It took a few days to arrive but was well packed in an environmentally safe insulated box with several frozen gel packs that can be reused (re-frozen), recycled, or opened to use as plant food!!It melted perfectly and was ooey gooey stretchy delicious. No odd odors or taste. Very difficult to tell the difference between this and regular mozzarella cheese. It has a very reasonable shelf life (in the refrigerator) of several months. I'll definitely purchase it again when we're in a pizza or other cheesy mood (lasagna comes to mind!)

So on the picture of the NON DAIRY cheese it says no Allergens however when it came to me the label says LACTIC ACID ,I thought that maybe they found a way to get it from something besides milk so I tried it ,I’ve been very sick ever since I ate some ,it’s got MILK in it they lie,this is very dangerous to some people ,my allergy is Lymes others could be worst

I’m going to give this 4 stars at the moment. I think this is a truly top contender in affordable vegan cheeses. So far, I’ve melted it on stovetop to put on a pizza burger and I also put some on cutlets for a vegan parm in the oven. Though they melt just as well as the reformulated Daiya does, a little OVOO really enhances its so you don’t have partially melted shreds. You guys know what I’m talking about.One thing that stood out to me was the cheese pull. I’ve used a lot of nondairy cheeses and this one has the most impressive pull that I’ve seen yet.I can’t say on texture or flavor while cold but I still have to this on a pizza in a pizza oven and some baked ziti so we’ll see how that goes.It’s not my favorite in terms of taste so I might stick to numu or selfish cow brands in the long run but I can see why people review this one so highly. It is definitely worth a try

Magnificent. I have been dairy free for many years. This is BY FAR the most enjoyable cheese like product I have ever bought. 5/5 from me and it comes in the best, deluxe, insulated, fit for purpose package complete with reusable freeze blocks--EVER. It works far better than the cooler I USED to have in my truck. I use this packing box now instead...The 'cheese' is worth every cent in my opinion.

Didn't know what to expect and relied on reviews to decide to purchase but used some on homemade pizza tonight and was pleasantly surprised. It melted perfectly and I would have never known it wasn't regular cheese. It even smells like cheese when you open the bag. Just trying to blend in some healthier options into my diet and plan to buy this again when I run out.
