As I have Ataxia, a neurological condition which causes loss of co-ordination, balance issues, an unsteady gait and deterioration in my fine motor-skills. The form of Ataxia which I have, Sensory Ataxia, causes me to have poor muscle movement coordination. It is because of this, which has resulted in having a substandard posture. Although I have regular physiotherapy, I am always seeking to try any new aids to improve my posture. So, I was very excited to have the opportunity to test the Calibre Posture Corrector and review the product! I used Amazon to search for the Posture Corrector, I had already been advised with the specific advert which was easy to locate. Everything you need to know about this product is perfectly described on the website. Priced at £15.99 and numerous 5-star reviews, I believed that this product would work for me. I purchased the Posture Corrector and was regularly updated with regards to the stage that my order was at. Overall, it took 3 days from placing the order to the product arriving. Very efficient shipping and great communication! When the product arrived, I was eager to test it out! Due to my poor fine motor-skills, I was unable to open the packaging of both the parcel and the product, my partner opened both for me. I was able to place the Posture Corrector on myself with ease. However, to enable the product to work, again due to my poor fine motor-skills, I was unable to tighten the straps, my partner helped me with this. Once the straps were tightened to my preference, I sat back in my chair and continued with using my tablet. It is advised in the description in Amazon, to only use this product for 15-30mins. I went with 30mins. Throughout this time period, I was very comfortable, the straps did not cause any irritation at all. Once the time period had ended, my partner loosened the straps and I was able to take off the Posture Corrector. Bare in mind, I have suffered with immense stiffness in my neck and shoulders for over a year. Once the product was taken off, the stiffness has reduced, not completely, but dramatically! I was amazed, and then I could actually feel that my posture had substantially improved. I did not experience any pain, nor aches. I’m truly overwhelmed, in a positive way, by the Posture Corrector and I wished I knew of the product sooner! Nearly a week on, I am still using this and with each time that I have used the product, the more benefit I get from it. My neck and shoulder stiffness and pain have almost completely gone, I can still feel slight tension but it is so much better than it was before I started using the Posture Corrector! My physiotherapist was impressed with this as I wore it during my physiotherapy session, she praised the alignment of my posture which is definitely something I never thought she would say as I have always suffered with a poor posture! I highly recommend the Calibre Posture Corrector to anyone who suffers with regular stiffness or pain in their neck, shoulders and back. If you have a poor posture, then this product is definitely for you. I’m always sceptical and hesitant as to whether various aids will benefit me, as I’ve tried many and to no avail, however with the Posture Corrector, I cannot fault this product because there are not any. It is absolutely perfect and I strongly feel like I have the stature I had years ago!

I've had a sore knee for about two months, some days it's quite painful and other days I hardly feel it, so it's can't be anything too serious. I put it down to wearing high heels to a wedding and not being used to them! Anyway, as it doesn't seem to be getting any better, but also getting no worse, I looked for a support with good reviews and cheap enough, so that if it doesn't work then not too much to lose. I've been wearing the support for just a few days and have to say I think it has helped. No it is not a miracle cure, but I've just been for quite a long walk with the new puppy and didn't really feel a twinge. I do still get the occasional pain, even when resting, so I can't say it has gone, but there is definite improvement. It's still early days, so I will come back and add to this if I decide it is even better than I think now. My only gripe is that it is one-size-fits-all and I guess my knee/leg must be on the small size, although I wouldn't have thought so. As I want the strap under the knee (where the pain is) to be very firm and tight, I find there is then an excess of the fabric which I have to fold under the strap in order to get the fit I want. I also have excess material at the top/back of the knee and if I tighten the top strap too much to try to deal with this, it cuts into my knee at the back and is very uncomfortable. But despite this, it is ok and keeps the knee both warm and supported and allows me to walk without discomfort up and down quite steep slopes around my home. So far so good and for the price I am very pleased.

A posture corrector for women and men; it is adjustable so fits both me and my wife. The back support this posture corrector offers is great. I have less pain and my back actually feels stronger from being in its correct form. It also helps with shoulder support as it gently reminds the shoulders where they should sit. I no longer hunch over at my desk. My back is straight and feels strong. When I start to go into hunchback positions this posture corrector stops me by feeling a little tight reminding me to sit back into the upright position. Until using this back straightener I always struggled with bad posture but this posture brace has helped so much. I don't have lower back pain any more and it has helped with neck pain relief. This is a fantastic at home solution for a straight back if you have pain or are just looking for a slouching correction. It is a really neat bit of equipment that has helped my body massively, I can't recommend it enough everyone should wear one!

At little apprehensive and may be even a little skeptical but this was well worth the purchase. I have a degenerative tear of medial meniscus and from time to time I get various degrees of pain. The positives are that it gives my knee good support. It can't help with the pain per se because nothing really can but it is very easy to fit and comfortable to wear. Yes it does make me knee a little "sweaty" but it does not notice when wearing it only once you have taken it off - a small price to pay for the benefits it gives. Further to the pain I suffer - in some respects it does help the frequency of pain so I suppose it does help in a fashion. Either way a worth while purchase. June 2016 - Not quite as good now as I would have hoped. Regular removal means that the surface of the support gets fluffed up from the regular tearing off of the velcro. In a very short time this product will not be useable as the flap will not stick to the main body of the support. Disappointing sadly.

This knee wrap worked well for me! I did a little "knee twist" getting out of the car and was hobbling around some, with quite a bit of discomfort. Pulled something I'm sure. Decided to see what I could get quickly from Amazon with my Prime shipping. This brace support seemed to be the best choice and I was not wrong. Pleased with quick arrival and it worked perfectly to relieve the discomfort I was having. It "held" the knee joint in place with just enough movement for walking easily. After just a few days my situation was much better and I am now doing fine. I will definitely keep this for future problems....getting older and joints just don't move like they use to! :)

Très facile à mettre, Soulage et protège efficacement. Léger bémol en ce qui concerne le maintien du positionnement qui est déstabilisé à la longe avec les mouvements, à cause de la pliure du genou. Néanmoins, c'est un bon compromis au niveau du renfort de l'articulation, par rapport au maintien légèrement imparfait qui doit être rectifié de temps à autre.
