This tool is great for lots of things. It's perfect for watermelons indeed, but I used the scoop looking part to skin avocados, and mangos as well so far. gets down to the skin...no waste. I don't like a lot of useless utensils and knives in my kitchen, but this is a keeper.

I love the concept but cutting with these tools takes some practice. I like being able to cut the watermelon out without cutting up the shell. The popsicles are fun but you don’t get many of them and they leave a lot of extra fruit. I was putting leftover chucks into a bowl at the same time so extra work.

This item surprised me and works very well on cutting watermelon. I love watermelon in the summer but it sure can make a mess cutting it up. This actually cuts very well and is so helpful without making a big mess. Clean up is so much easier. Love this thing. TY

I found it was not easy to glide it through the melon. If you want squares you need to make slices first but then you lose a lot of juice.Maybe I am not using it correctly

These tools are great for cutting your watermelon to make perfect slices every time.You can slice your melon and put it in the fridge to get it cold.Just perfect.

It's my job to scoop out the watermelon when someone brings one home. The slicing tool and the little fork make the job super easy and all the pieces are the same thickness. I haven't tried the third tool that looks like a popsicle because I don't like cutting the rind any more than I have to. The other 2 tools are worth the price. It would be a unique little gift too. I recommend this cutter set.

Works as advertised. I haven’t used the part that makes hand held pieces yet but I’m sure it works as well as the other pieces. Making bite size pieces is so much better than wrangling with a huge piece.
