From day one I was disappointed with this inverter. The touch screen is useless. It only works on certain pages and not on others. Also, The manual was very weak, with confusing instructions. First problem was connecting to the router. Two days beating my head against the wall. It took a call to support to find out the „trick“. Then, the batteries are not „smart“ batteries so they don’t connect with the inverter BMS. The inverter immediately discharged the batteries into the grid and the system stops working if you disconnect the batteries. I know it’s a settings issue but nothing is clear on which setting is the problem. This should have been much easier. Very disappointed.
