It worked perfectly, fit my 24 pound turkey perfectly!!

I love this product. I used it for my thanksgiving turkey this year. It was almost 20 pounds. It was ready in about 2 1/2 hours. It was a fresh turkey. It was so moist and juicy. The cleanup was so easy too. Better than the one I had before. I would recommend this product for anyone that wants a great product done right. I smoked it out at first like they told me too and it didn’t take long. I love the look of it I have a permanent place and it looks great there. Really great product.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve had other brand roasters in the past. All of them will lose heat through the cover, or the lid. This one specifically tells you not to lift the lid, and has a glass top to view your meal cooking. As you can see there’s minimal steam coming off the top. The ones I have had in the past Would make the entire room a sauna. I have this on my counter next to my cabinets and as you can see, the only steam droplets of steam water are on the handle right above the window. My cabinets are dry, as is the lid, and it’s been in there for two hours when this video was taken. It’s a 25 pound turkey cooking in there and there’s room to spare. I have The largest model and it says that it will hold a 30 pound turkey. I doubted it until today. And the turkey could be bigger and still fit.If I had any complaint so far, it’s that the light to indicate it is still preheating isn’t very bright. I thought it was broken until I turned the lights out in the kitchen and could see that there was definitely a light. I preheated it for 20 minutes and the light did go out like it was supposed to. But it was hard to see that it was on. Another issue I guess they could improve on is to make the lid fit more securely. It just lays in the groove that is made to hold it but a slight bump could set it off kilter easily and allow heat to escape. When sitting there left alone,It doesn’t seem to affect the temperature of the unit at all, or any heat/steam escaping though.

Bought the 24 qt to have enough room for really large turkeys and whole hams. Have not used for turkey yet, but Used over Easter for a 16lb whole bone in ham. Put ham on an old roasting rack, ( the rack that comes with this is a bit flimsy), poured about a half a bottle of lemon lime soda over it and cooked at 200 degrees for about 6 hrs. Turned up to 300 degrees and dumped a jar of pineapple upside down preserves over and cooked for another hour. Removed and let rest for about 1/2 hr. By far the best ham I have ever made, kids all picked at it while it was being carved.. ( ham from John Martin out of Lancaster, Pa.) Very moist and flavorful. Family said it was the best they have ever eaten, daughter in law raved...said it was much better than the spiral sliced they had at her mothers the day before. All asked for leftovers, and I still had enough for leftovers and have the bone in the freezer to make ham soup. Hoping a turkey will do as well! Needed a steel wool pad for clean up, but it did the trick with no damage to the pan.

Have used it the past two Thanksgivings for 23-24lb turkey. Both times it turned out wonderful.

Our old roaster was acting up and needed to find something that could handle a 20lb turkey for Thanksgiving, this thing is it! perfect size for a large turkey, has a nice window to keep an eye on things. Only concern is how quick they will actually cook a turkey, I think I will turn it down a little lower instead of finishing a turkey in 2 1/2 hours.

Been cooking in it for a while now. Works great and has a lot of space in it. The rack is a pain to clean, so I prefer to not use it and just add foil to the Pot instead.The Pot does get hot and is not as protected as similar Pots when it comes to heat, so you have to be careful not to touch it in the wrong spot and get burned.I did feel an electric current several times when touching the Pot and could feel a very light little shock...so that's something to keep an eye on.Other than that, works great.
