Great product at a great price
I bought this graphite powder to use with my long range rifles. I like to coat the barrel with a very thin coating of graphite before heading to the range. This powder works great for that application. I also purchased a set of - "6 Pcs Glue Applicator Bottles, 30ml Plastic Squeezable Dropper Bottles with Blunt Needle Tips" - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09R4DYDHC?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details. These little bottles work great as puffer applicators to use to inject an atomized cloud of graphite into my barrel. I then follow that "puff" with a dry mop to evenly spread the graphite through the barrel and remove any excess. This also works great for applyig a little "puff" of graphite into locks, to help free them up and make them operate smmothy. One note of caution - when you get this, open it out doors. The bottle comes wraped in saran wrap, but there will be a lot of "escaped" graphite that will go everywhere when you remove the saran wrap. I had to wash the bottle off in my garage deep sink, so that I could handle it without getting graphite on my hands when I touch the bottle. The bottle doesn't seal very well. I would recommend storing it in a 1 gallon ziper closure platic bag to prevent moistre from getting in, and graphite from getting on ony adjacent items (this stuff is very slipery and will get everywhere!). Also, if you go the puffer bottle route - be sure to never invert the bottle to spray it - it will dispense way too much powder. To use the puffer bottles, you need to only fill the bottle half full. Then genly shake it to generate a little cloud of graphite. Then you can inject this cloud into what ever needs lubricating.

Best lube ever
I recently found about graphite powder to be used as a lubricant. It is amazing. Yes it creates a mess, but on hinges, locks and a lot of other parts it works great. Much better then liquid lubes.

It is what it says it is. I'm very pleased!
The description is accurate, and it is a great value for the money. It is very fine graphite powder. It is messy but the messier the better! It mixes well with wax if you're into making your own lubricant in your woodworking shop! Make sure you protect whatever you may be mixing this stuff over. It will smear when trying to clean it up! Don't wear your Sunday best unless you don't mind getting a little dirty! This 1 pound tub should last me a very long time!

Locks open now
It’s messy but it works to loosen locks.

Half pound bottle is huge
Was worried the half pound bottle would be small but it’s huge, will last forever.I bought this to make conductive paint and it works great, the reviewer claiming this is polyester powder is lying as that is not conductive like this powder is.It conducts very well and works great for my application.A small bottle of conductive paint was $35 using this powder I was able to make my own and for less than a dollar for the same amount.Warning! In super fine powdered form this is some nasty stuff , be sure to wear a respirator if you’re going to be mixing this in large amounts. Do not get it in your lungs.

Working well
I had ordered this for my pellet stove. The piece that brings the pellets to the firebox makes a terrible noise at times. (yes, I know I'll need a new piece soon). But after reading more on my stove and recommendation for graphite I got it. I put a little in the box before reloading my pellets and it has stopped the grinding. It keeps the dust from building up on the part so no grinding.
