I am very experienced bodybuilder ,national bodybuilding champion,i tried tons of supplements and i always stick with same ones that really work,i can feel a diference in 10 days as my body respond pretty good to supplements,i started this 10 days ago first time and i feel how my body responding .

I tried turkesterone on and off a few years ago, kind of before the real stuff like this was readily available and I was having to get it off of ebay, much more expensive, not as available. Now that this highly concentrated stuff is around, I got back on it. I felt like it was making a difference when I first used it but after a few weeks of this it for sure makes a difference. Obviously these reviews are anecdotes but there are multiple studies showing muscle growth enhancement in mammals. The main downside I have noticed is that I have started to get lots of acne on my traps like you would expect to see in someone using anabolic steroids (which I have never used). I have been gaining some strength back on this in the compound lifts despite being on a long/slow cut. I am certain it has positive effects on strength development. I think the jury is out on side effects, I have seen some online anecdotes about things like gyno but I have not experienced this yet either now or in the past.

Wow, it’s been just a week or so, and I’m already blown away! The energy I’m feeling is incredible, unlike anything else I’ve tried. My sleep is good, but what’s amazing is that after just 6 hours of sleep, I feel like I got 8. This supplement really works if you’re serious about changing your body. Sleep is king, and you’ll definitely see the results physically. I find it most effective to take it after my workouts, which is why I got it because of its great recovery rate. I’m a week in now and I’ve already brought another one just so I have it.The workouts are fantastic! My lifts are getting heavier, and I feel like I’m getting stronger instinctively. The post-workout meal is super important for this growth. Ditch the junk food and get on a healthy eating routine. Sleep and healthy food are everything for this supplement to work its magic.

Been working out intensely for the last 9 months with 3-4 lifts per week with an additional day of cardio. Felt a big plateau, but was still losing weight and maintaining strength however I didn’t feel like I was gaining. Tried this for a boost. Just finished a 3 week cycle. The turk has helped me gain lean muscle mass while still losing fat and push through a plateau. I don’t necessarily feel big effects while working out, but do feel just overall better and more energized and this was the only change to my routine. I’d recommend giving this a shot, but keep expectations realistic.

So, started using this product on August 12, 2024. I use a lot of their products and I have to say that this is one of my favorites. I am very happy with what I see while using this product. I definitely feel like I have more energy, and I swear, I see a difference in the mirror. I don't know if it's in my head, but I sure do see a difference. I also find that I am able to push myself a little harder now in the gym. I plan on continuing with this product, as I like what I see so far. It's only been a few weeks now, I hope I continue to see the results like I am seeing so far now. As far as when I take it, I now take it pre-workout on work out days (5 days a week) and on my off days I take it roughly around the same time of day.

Using this product primarily for an anti inflammatory/ muscle soreness, if it helps with test levels along with other factors and supplements for workouts, it's a plus

Let me just say this is a phenomenal product! I've been dealing with a wrist injury for 2 months so, I couldn't workout for awhile and since I've been back training I've started taking these and man I feel like my old self again.
