Stopped working after just 12 months
Very disappointing experience. The product stopped working after just one year of use. I reached out to customer service hoping for a replacement, but they refused to help. For something that is expected to last longer, this is unacceptable. Overall, it feels unreliable and the customer service response made the experience even worse. I would not recommend this product.

Amazing quality! The build feels premium and durable, and the sound is excellent with clear, rich audio and also noise cancellation works well.
