Al Pacino gives an unforgettable per formance as Tony Montana, one of the most ruthless gangsters ever depicted on film, in this gripping crime epic inspired by the 1932 classic of the same title. Directed by hit-maker Brian DePalma and produced by Martin Bregman who brought both Godfather legends to the screen, Scarface follows the violent career of a small-time Cuban refugee hoodlum who guns his way to the top of Miami's cocaine empire. With its intense screenplay by Academy Award Winner Oliver Stone, driving musical score by Giorgio Moroder, and superb insights into Miami's Latin lifestyle, Scarface joins the ranks of Hollywood's Greatest underworld dramas, as it lays bare the sordid power of the American drug scene.

Say hello to my little friend
Great blu ray with 7.1 ch audio. On normal TV sets, you can switch to stereo mode as 7.1 ch mode will result in very low audio volume. This is a 1983 movie, so the video isn't perfect. It is, however, the best you are going to get. The movie is a cult classic.

Undoubtedly the best gangster film you'll ever see!
There isn't one single negative with this movie it's definitely the best 3 hours I've ever spent. This is Al Pacino's best role. He starts out as a political refugee from Cuba who arrives in the United States and fed up with working at a cheap food joint he wants more.. He wants to get rich quick and stops at nothing to get his dream of millions every month but steps on a lot of people to get there making enemies along the way the rise and fall of this kingpin expertly acted with the typical eighties sound and setting... every single actor deserved an Oscar for their performance

Great!
Item was dispatched within a few hours of purchase and arrived within 2 days. The disc was perfectly fine and looked brand new. The box was good condition too although it had the "shelf damage" in which the seller clearly stated in the description, but the damage is not very noticeable and it does not bother me in the slightest. Honest seller, great deal and a happy customer.

Don't get high on your own supply
Al Pacino excels as Tony Montana and to watch his rise and fall - via an excellent screenplay by Oliver Stone - is a must see for any fans of the 'mafia' films.
