I'm Swiss and since I've lived in London, I've been buying the Emmi Raclette cheese. It tastes exactly they way Raclette cheese should taste!

….cheese for grilling. Traditionally cheese used with a raclette but also makes great grilled cheese on toast and grilled cheese sandwiches.

Fine for what it is
It's fine for what it is, but not my favourite raclette cheese. I prefer a more punchy flavour profile. Please bear in mind that I am from the French Alps!

Excellent raclette cheese to grill.
Ignore the bad review, I ordered this cheese to try out on my raclette grill and Im very happy with this cheese, It tastes delicious, I will definitely order it again.
