I love everything about this trash / recycling can. The lids close smoothly every time. However, it can be challenging to sit the bins back in their slots correctly in order for the lids to close completely. Also, it's best to get liners that fit... the 13 gallon bags I had for my previous can was not working. I love how this can looks in my small kitchen. It hold a decent amount of trash. For the recycling side, I crush the cans and plastic bottles to maximize space.

The media could not be loaded. The build quality is great, but the ease of removal of the trash can be a little difficult and sometimes if you don’t mind it up, it can’t close the lead. The biggest thing I don’t like is the bags are hard to keep in place, but it looks great.

It's very pretty but the containers are really narrow and the liners don't fit.

The idea is good, but the execution isn't great. My first issue is the internal containers. They're so form fitting that they become pinch points for your fingers trying to pull the container out or sliding it back in. If the container isn't slid back in correctly, the lid won't close. My second issue is because the container is so form fitting, putting a trashbag inside the container is frustrating. Even using the "liner hole" at the back of the container, as soon as you slide the container back in, the top edges roll the trashbag opening up and off the container, having it fall inside the container. This is with the 13 gallon tall kitchen trashbags. Third issue is the containers are small. The trashbags fill up really fast, and when I pull the bag out, there is still a lot of room in the bag, but once you pull the bag out, you can't put it bac in. I'm using 2-3 times the amount of trashbags now. I'll find another use for this, maybe in my laundry room, but it's not worth it for the kitchen of a house. Might be suitable for an apartment.

I wish the current review would have been more present before I bought this. The design is really sleek, and externally I love it. Internally it has this crap fitting on each side. The recycling side is whatever, but on the garbage side it’s impossible to get the garbage bag around it, so it’s always falling off and sliding in, or bills up around the top and you can’t close the lid. Who made this design and thought it was adequate?? Don’t they test these things before putting them up for sale? Jeez.

This product looks nice but is very cheap material. The top dented right away. Don’t do it.
