I thought I'd ordered. the 1.5 inch. Looks like I got the 1 inch. Had a clog in my skimmer line on my in ground pool. Used this to blast water all the way to the pool pump basket. It turns out there was a small lizard that was the issue. This helped. Will have to update after using this to clear out the pipes under the kitchen sink. Not sure if it's thick enough for that. Good product. Good value for the price listed.

After testing this out it works as it should, I didn't encounter any issues with leaks or premature failures. For some reason I thought this would have acted like a hydrojet but after actually thinking about it that doesn't make sense since, at least I wasn't, pushing the hose through the pipes. Not that I could actually do that.This wasn't actually applicable to as many situations as I had originally thought for me as I had intended to blast clear a slow flowing pipe in my bathroom. In reality it seemed to make the sink drain marginally faster. This would be good for clearing blockages that once set free will mostly resolve with some more force behind it, but is not a silver bullet for all issues.

Works well to clog up a pipe when its full of water and I need to glue 2 pieces of pvc together. Highly recommend this item.

These things work 95% of the time on clogs. The ONLY time it didn't is when my son put a toy down the bathtub drain that was too big to be forced through. Every other time it works like a charm. Super durable. Had some for years
