Well packed, delicious condiments and excellent cuts

These steaks were great, but I live in Texas in a small town that has an old fashioned meat market. For the taste, money and ability to select a thicker cut, these were not as good as the ones I can buy in town. But if that is not an option, these are excellent steaks.

first of all the order was not what I got I ordered two fillets and two strip steaks, and I got two fillets, and four strip steaks that were so thin they look like breakfast steaks. The quality was not as advertised or what I expected, considering the name of the company supposedly is a big nameI defrosted one of the strip steaks to see what I was getting and they were only half inch thick which meant that I had to be very careful cooking it so it wouldn’t be well done, and I tried to cook medium rare, but it ended up being more medium too well and when we started to eat it, it was very chewy. I think that I could probably get the same if not cheaper steaks at a local supermarket. Not very happy with this product. I have always gone to a butcher to get my steaks but since relocating to this area there aren’t any butchers so based on this being advertised on Amazon thought I’d give it a try.
