As a ICU nurse my legs become fatigue and sore after my 12 hour night shifts. I originally bought this to help after my long runs, but have discovered how beneficial and universal this product is. It helps significantly with pain relief, is incredibly easy to use and stows away in a nice zipper bag. The massage settings are pretty tight, even on the lowest setting. I do sometimes fall asleep with them between nursing night shifts. I highly recommend as an alternative to the more expensive product.

They work great high twmp gets really hot. But the zippers unzip when they are pressuring up after a couple weeks of using them

This product puts extreme pressure on your legs. It’s almost scary and unsafe. That’s even on the lowest settings. Kept squeezing and has no sense of your leg size to the point of it being painful. I’m returning it.

Large size calves Alert Amazing compression but too small for large calves. Unable to zip all the way up. Would help if upper part above ankle was ajustable velcro or made bigger with adjustable drawstrings.
