The chair is attractive and appears well built. It is a sturdy and comfortable recliner that is made in China. I do very much like it and would not hesitate to buy it again. The cons for me are that the assembly instructions were just a piece of paper with illustrations. Also the pictures showing the wiring connections were very small and difficult to read. Improvement in that area is needed. Also a video of how to connect the wiring would be helpful. Overall a great buy!

First time sitting in it. Already not comfortable in the seat area for tailbone, nit cushioned for comfor. I like the head n neck adjustment but cushioning is stiff n not as comfortable as should be for price charged. Sat and tested cheaper to more expensive chairs and have had issues finding comfort in the tailbone seat area

changed from a 1 star to a 5 star, a cable wasn't making connection at the brain box. using amazon mail worked with the rep and figured out the problem and a work around. Nice chair and good service.
