The puff is meh but the shine on the highlighter is fantastic! I also use it as a shimmer eye shadow 💖

I’ve this highlighter I use it almost every single day. Super glittery (duh) just how I like it. also hello kitty that’s probably the only reason I got it I didn’t think I’d like the actual highlighter at first but I was surprised.
