Two questions: 1) does this fit under jeans or chinos? 2) Is it a sleeve or a wrap?

Yes it is able to fit under jeans and anything I have worn, maybe not skinny jeans due to them being tight but it has fit on everything I've worn. It's a wrap, it wraps around your knee and has 2 metal supports on the side of them.

Strained knee and brace gave good support. Had to wear 3 weeks, comfort was ok.

Hinges are not at the accurate spots

I have tried total 6 of the similar braces in the last two weeks, this is the better one among them. However, the metal hinges are not placed on the accurate spot, so when I use it, the hinges are not doing the thing they supposed to do.
