No Access Details for Software Provided & User Guide Totally Insufficient
I'm feeling robbed right now. There were now details provided about how to access the software I purchased. The user guide is trivial. Basically it's impossible to use what I have bought.

Very difficult to use
I needed an encrypted audio recorder for research and bought this.Although the sound quality is fantastic, I found it very difficult and confusing to use.I would not recommend this.
