Love this stuff, I love the color burgundy for my blue eyes. the ONLY reason I knocked a star off was because i do NOT like the spoolie. It still works just fine, but the spoolie material is not my preference. Give me bristles and I'll love it. Give me silicone bristly things and it's only half loved. I'm so annoying. Maybelline has great mascaras though. No complaints other than the spoolie lol.

This is my first time using a burgundy mascara and I’m just okay with the results. The formula is great: it gave me volume and length for sure considering my lashes are short and thin. But the color is not very obvious - I used 3 coats and there’s only a subtle difference in comparison to black mascara. In my photos, the circled eye (left eye) is the one with the burgundy mascara, and my right eye is just regular black. I think what will make the color stand out more is getting a white mascara then using the burgundy on top of it - so I will try that and recommend it. For reference on my natural color eyelashes, they are a medium brown color.
