Johnny'sFrench Dip Concentrated Au Jus Sauce, 8-Ounce Jugs (Pack of 6)

I have been using Johnny's for a long time and when I moved to an area that it is not stocked locally in the grocery stores I panicked and started buying it by the case in the store when I would go back home. I found it at Amazon and it is way cheaper than driving four hours back to the old neighborhood. I make what I and my family consider the best authentic Italian Beef Sandwiches that could compete with some of Chicago's best. I also use it for French dip on my smoked brisket that I personally smoke in my own smoker using apple wood and hickory chips plus my own Chicago seasoning that has been handed down for generations for 14 hours. It would not be the same without Johnny's believe me I have tried others and my kids turned it down. Works great in beef and barley soup also. I use this for many of my own recipes that call for beef stock. Recommend this to all serious home chefs and professional's alike.

Took a long time before we found this Au Jus. again. Moved to texas and they didn't have it anywhere. We use to get it in the bay area in california. Thought it was Trader Joes in Alameda ,but we were wrong. Makes any meat better. Just warm it 50% sauce and 50% water in a very small cup in the microwave. (dip your meat at the table) Also you can just put a small amount on you meat,pork,ect amd moisten it when you warm it in the microwave. Better than any package stuff!!! People in Texas don't understand anything but HOT here in Texas. No offence ment. They where just raised different than Northern californians. It is a big culture change to move south. This is as good as any French Dip served in restaurants. Good value. A little goes a long way. Sliced beef dipped in hotJohnny's French Dip on a roll is delicious, add some shredded mozzarella cheese and put under the broiler for a couple ofminutes and you have the best sandwich you can make at home. I have already bought a another six pack. The family loves it.

I love this product, and Amazon prices it a little cheaper than my supermarket. Delivery is very fast. Have bought it several times, and will buy it again!

It does taste quite good. It's kind of strong full strength, but it is really like a concentrate to dilute with a little water. But, either way it still does taste good, we used it with prime rib. I would recommend it.

I live a French dip sandwich. This is perfect. Have been buying this for years. Used to live in PA and was able to get in our grocery store. Now in FL and no one has it. Thanks to Amazon I can now get it whenever I run out
