As an avid gum chewer, I wanted to find a natural gum with good ingredients. Well, I found it. Simply gum offers just that. No aspartame, sucralose, xylitol, etc. The ingredients are organic cane sugar 2mg per serving which is 2 pieces. Though there is sea salt and cayenne pepper in it, you cannot taste the heat unless you try to blow a bubble, then your tongue will pick up on it slightly. It has great flavor but loses the flavor pretty quickly. The chewiness stays for a long time though. The piece are cut and not wrapped, however, each pack has papers if you wanna share or wrap yours up to throw away after use. I recommend this product if you want to stay away from chemicals and artifical store bought gum. Plus it comes in a large variety of flavors.

Hands down the better of the other flavors they sell.

I've bought these before, and really like the flavor. I only gave it 4 stars, though, because I find this gum loses it's flavor fairly quickly, and notice now the gum gets stringy like, and gets stuck in my molars. I'm not a big fan of the "texture" of these while I am chewing. I DO appreciate that they don't use "bad ingredients" like toxic chemical sweeteners.

I was so disappointed by these. They sound so appealing, and the mints are excellent, so I had higher expectations for the gum. Sadly, the flavor is very weak, I didn’t really notice the grapefruit, the cayenne is there and lasts longer than any of the other flavors, except for the sugar or perhaps the gum base? It’s overwhelmingly sweet with a bit of heat, but not much citrus/grapefruit. The packaging is excellent—a nice, bright paper box, with little squares of paper for gum disposal—until you notice that it’s deceptively larger than necessary with about a half inch of hidden space. I won’t buy any of the gum going forward. I wish they’d expand their mint flavors to include some of the gum varieties, hopefully improved flavors. I would love an additional citrus flavor and the maple would be excellent along with the ginger.

Absolutely excellent to have a gum that I'm not allergic to again. I read some of the reviews & wondered if it was going to turn into a sticky flavorless mess that would fall apart in my mouth. I'm here to tell you nope, it's wonderful. Is it jam packed full of artificial flavor, no, but it does have a natural taste & sweetness that lasts for quite a while, but does run out eventually. When that happens it does retain a little spice from the cayenne & is still pleasant to chew. Now as far as stickiness goes, if you use the papers as intended & use common sense & gold it up a few time there's noting to worry about. Did I try taking the gum out of my mouth & placing it directly into a soda bottle, yes. Did it stick to my fingers yes, but as soon as I used the paper to remove it, it came right off, no residual stickiness. If you don't fold the paper around your used gum it will "soak though" 1 layer... Did I try both of these things just because of the reviews I read, yes. So my advice, use common sense & enjoy a natural gum that's naturally flavored.

Absolutely love the fact that there is no plastic in this gum, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that I like the flavor of prickly pear combined with grapefruit. Yes, the flavor doesn't last all that long; that's the trade-off you make for losing the plastic, but I mainly have it as a treat between meals to keep me from snacking. They also include some thin little pieces of paper to dispose of the gum once you're done with it, which is a nice added touch.

I’ve tried several flavors of this gum but this is my favorite! It’s not too “spicy” but thoroughly refreshing! All the simply gums come in an easy open box and has post chew wraps for Disposal! I love that it’s all natural and super low in sugar!

I'll admit it, this gum is tasty and a lovely change from regular gum, although the flavor doesn't last very long aside from the pepper (I got Cleanse flavour). But several things one needs to know: 1) it does stick to some kinds of dental work - I find it sticks pretty easily to my side fillings on my back molars, so I have to keep it away from there or remove by hand. 2) it's really expensive! $2.50 per little box - 15 pieces of gum. But that would even be acceptable except that a) the pieces are not a uniform size - some are "bigger" and some are 1/2 to 2/3 the size of the larger ones. But the most unacceptable item is that the box has a false bottom, so it is really only 3/4 full. I find that quite deceptive and rather irksome. It seems to me that if they put 15 of the larger pieces in, the would fill the box. But, since half of them are quite a bit smaller, they don't so the false bottom fills the rest of the space where gum isn't. Pity, things like that just get on my last nerve, so, even though the gum is qreat, I probably won't buy again.

Delicious gum but soooo expensive.

Taste good, but of course it doesn’t last a real long time. Pricey however I would get again though. I have only had the Grapefruit one and enjoyed the flavour. I will try the Peppermint one next time. Feels just like regular soft gum!

Good taste, flavour does not last very long but it is good for Diabetes as it is sugar free

Sadly, this is not what I was expecting. It almost feels like it dissolves in your mouth and has very little elasticity to it. The flavor is gone in 30 seconds.
