Every summer I get eaten up by mosquitoes in my own yard, making it hard to spend any enjoyable time outside before I’m bit and itching within seconds or minutes of stepping out. And the mosquito bites turn to big, red welts on me so it’s not pretty either. I decided to give this a shot after trying other types of sprays that you either spray in the air on on yourself but didn’t work. I used this stuff a week before having my son’s birthday party in the beginning of June and I’m no longer attacked outside. Like almost at all! I’m impressed it worked! I sprayed it on my backyard lawn and on the back patio and deck (ground surface + the patio columns). I used it again recently (a month after first application) just for good measure because I did see some mosquitoes flying around again. I never even treated my front yard! Anyways, highly recommend and hope it works for ya too. I’m over here living the no-mosquito bite life that apparently some people enjoy naturally (others within my household never get bit!).

I bought this product trying to get my hopes that it would work. I did read a good amount of reviews and said the worst is that it won’t work but to my surprise it actually does. I sprayed my yard yesterday morning and also my deck and I want to say within the hour you could tell the difference. Still had a mosquito here and there but not like before. It was so bad that you couldn’t even stand outside for 2 minutes with getting eaten alive and there would be swarms of them. So the fact I may see one or two is just nuts because my yard was infested. So this will be something I plan to keep in my home to treat my yard regularly.

Not very happy with the product. Still got at up by sandfleas, but haven't seen the mosquitos.

Used it to spray around and inside the chicken coop as well as the front porch which is always shaded. Mosquitoes ja e drastically decreased despite the high temps and high humidity we have in Texas. For once we feel like we are ahead and winning the constant battle against mosquitoes! Plan to reapply to both the coop and front door as needed. It's been about a month and we've not needed to reapply yet!

When I was a small child I would earn a small allowance in exchange for doing small chores -- anything mom could cook up to teach me the value of earning my way. I invariably wasted money I'd earned on toys. Since I became a big child I've invariably wasted my money on toys. My thinking as a small child and my thinking as a big child have never changed. It's always been this: you're going to spend your money on something. Don't spend your money on Summit Mosquito and Gnat Barrier. I did. I'm sorry I did. I've never used the stuff. It's still sitting on the floor of my garage right in front of my big toys. I need to get rid of Summit but I really don't know where it could safely go. The label says it will be seriously bad on you if it touches your skin, gets in your eyes, invades your system through breathing or gets on your clothes. It says something like "peel back this label for directions as to how to use this business, and for information on all of the bad stuff it will most assuredly give you." So I peeled back the label. Guess what, peekaboo, there's nothing there. I tried to get the vendor to explain all that but never got a response.

My yards has been a haven for gnats for the past 33 years. I could not doing any yard work without applying some type of repellant - most of which had limited effectiveness. I only bought this product out of desperation.I applied it as instructed last week and shortly after I noticed a significant reduction of gnats. I reapplied just to be safe and after a day or two I noticed the gnats were gone - 1st time in 33 years. I'm not sure how long this will last, but it's been a week now and no gnats. I'm surprised because we have had some heavy rains and I was sure that this stuff would wash off and the gnats would be back..not so.I don't know how effective this is against mosquitoes, because they aren't really much of a problem. However, I haven't seen them either. The birds and squirrels seem unaffected. Time will tell, but this does seem to be the only solution to my gnat problem. Certainly worth a try.

I tried this mosquito spray for my yard, but unfortunately, I couldn’t really tell a difference in the number of mosquitoes. The application was easy, and the spray had a pleasant scent, but after using it as directed, I still found mosquitoes around. It might work better for others, but in my experience, it didn’t seem to have the same level of effectiveness I was hoping for. I’ll continue looking for other solutions, but this one didn’t quite meet my expectations.
