Very happy with these excellent value but well made door and attractive handles. I only used the doorplates as was leaving old workings inside the door well alone as it all worked well. The whole kit came with everything needed, including a tiny allen key for adjusting the grub screw (allowing for different thicknesses of door) and a soft polishing cloth (probably use that more for my specs!)Anything similar was three times the price for the dimensions I needed, and the updated style from the old 70's brass, rope design is exceptional. Completely Transformed. Am thoroughly delighted.If I had one tiny criticism, it's with the screws supplied (common issue) Flatheads and soft metal, was a bit too easy to mess them up. Go slow, drill a decent pilot hole (I used a hand-drill) and it's fine.

Really pleased with this product very well made

The handles are excellent quality, feeling solid in the hand and with a luxury finish and excellent accompanying fittings. However, I have had to submit a return request for one handle of the 3 sets I bought as there was a blemish on the side of the handle from a manufacturing defect.

I was very pleased with the handles that I had ordered . They looked and felt a good quality item. I was a little upset when I noticed that the satin Nickel plating was chipped on one of the privacy locks , but it was easy to send back and order a replacement next day.

Nice product, to match similar ones on another door, the only thing that stops them being a 5 star, is that they feel light and not as sturdy as they could be.
