Design & Fit The standout feature here is the sturdy foldable design. Adaptability: Because it’s hinged and adjustable, it actually hugs the neckline rather than just sitting awkwardly on your shoulders. Inclusivity: Whether you have a smaller frame or a thicker neck, the flexibility ensures the vents are actually pointing at your face and neck, not just blowing air into your collarbones. It’s surprisingly comfortable for long-term wear. Performance: The Cooling Factor This is where the "pro" features kick in. Arrived today. I'm very impressed! It functions well. I'm slightly confused by the instruction book saying it should not be used for more than 30 minutes at a time. None of the advertising said this,in fact the contrary. Also I'm slightly miffed that within a week of my order the price was reduced by 25% but just my bad luck I guess. The app will not send me a verification code so I cannot complete my registration!

Honestly, this looks like such a scam. I am especially the technology that calls down your neck but whatever witchcraft and wizardry is going on this absolutely saved my life stuck in a long customs queue in 40° Even on the lowest saying it’s pretty effective the battery lasts a long time the only downside if it is a downside is you can’t wear it lying down (blocking the fan) and if you do it overheats slightly. That said this didn’t happen on a plane as I had a headrest. But it really is portable AC I haven’t used the warming function on it yet as Winter hasn’t come, but I feel like there’s definitely gonna be days when I’m staggering around in the Midwest and I just can’t keep warm that this will come into clutch

The unit comes in a nice gift box and hardshell carrying case. In terms of design, I like the metallic finish, but I don't love the glossy plastic which shows up fingerprints. It’s not heavy per say and can be adjusted to fit comfortably around your neck. The product definitely works and can be used for both cooling and heating, or just as a standard fan. There are three ceramic pads that use a Peltier effect to quickly cool or heat up, and then the fans push that cooled or warmed air directly upwards around your head. One downside is the fans on full speed are quite noisy, but on the low setting they still push a nice amount of air. There is a companion app which allows you to control the temperature and speed settings quickly, and also provides the ability to perform software updates - I imagine these updates will be few and far between, but maybe make the automatic modes perform a little better over time. In terms of battery life if you are cooling/heating the battery runs down very quickly giving you a few hours of use, but if used as just a regular fan you can get around 15 hours of continuous use on the slowest speeds. Overall, it is pricey but as a portable air conditioner it certainly works - it’s great that it can both heat and cool, so it’s suitable for use all year round.

This is great for hot weather only used it a few times so far but has done the job and kept me cool and comfortable during a heatwave I love that it's adjustable round your neck which makes wearing it great because you can position the air flow where it's most needed and carry on doing your daily jobs without getting hot, sweaty and irritable all good so far and it does keep you cool it's worth buying GREAT!!!!!

Okay, I have tried the Cyber Fold outside now in 32°C heat here in the UK, it started off okay but for me, as a neurodivergent person with sensory issues, who suffers with the heat badly, I found that my neck got used to the cold and it started to feel warm after, even though it was still cold. I don’t think it gets cold enough for me personally. I would like to see it go down to as low as 16°C (which is what A/C goes down to in a car) and as hot as 55°C. The fan is also still too weak, even on full power. I could hardly feel any breeze at all when outside. It would be helpful if the app displayed the temperature of the person, and the temperature outside as well as a fully controllable temperature gauge on the app for the cold and heat. From 16° to 55°C. Maybe just a cold feature too on the app (where it doesn’t use the fan) or a heat setting where you can have the fan blow heat onto you too, as well as the pad’s heating up, just like the cold does. I think these changes would make a big improvement and would make you the leader in the portable neck air conditioner. I know this might be a lot for your team to do but this is what people are looking for and need when it’s this hot. This would put you above your main competitors. I love the fold design, it’s perfect for people like me with thicker necks. Please DO NOT change this feature. I love the look of it, maybe do a gun metal one or a matte finish one, so as to not leave finger marks, like all over the shiny ones. You are definitely on the right track but there still needs to be improvements.

I've tested a couple of neck fans in the past, I can safely say that this is the most premium of them. I tend to get too hot in the summers and am always looking for a way to cool down effectively, I thought that this would be the perfect way to try and accomplish this. The first thing I noticed when I unboxed this was the weight of it. It has a decent weight. I imagine due to the batteries and the heating elements stored inside of the unit. Inside the box you also get a nice carry case and a USB-C cable for charging. Pairing it to the app was simple and straightforward and allows you to finely control the speed and function of the unit. You also don't need to create an account to use the app which is great. The fans are able to move a good volume of air, even at lower speeds they are quiet to operate. It has three different functions, the first one is a simple fan pushing air function, second being the air is cooled and then pushed by the fans and then a heating function in which heats the ceramic pads on the sides and back of the unit. The ceramic pads are temperature reactive and change colour depending on the temperature it is currently at. At a low fan speed with the cooling function is quiet enough and comfortable enough that I have been able to go to sleep with it on multiple times at this point. The battery life is decently long, although is drastically decreased when using the cooling and heating functions. Overall a really great quality and premium portable neck fan.

I have been using this portable neck fan for around four weeks, mainly during warmer days at home, while moving around, and when I wanted hands-free cooling. It is a cleverly designed product and feels very comfortable to wear around the neck, even for longer periods. The airflow is decent and gives a good cooling breeze, especially on hotter days. I also found the cooling plate feature useful, as it gives a more direct cooling sensation around the neck rather than just blowing air. The air direction can be adjusted easily, so you can position it where it feels most effective. It feels like a premium-quality product overall, and the included storage bag is useful for keeping it tidy or taking it while travelling. The battery life has been reasonable during my use, and the display showing the remaining charge is a practical feature, as it avoids guessing when it needs charging. The main downside is the noise. As the airflow is close to your ears, it is noticeable, particularly on the higher settings. At lower speed it is much less distracting, but I would still be slightly conscious of using it in a quiet office or public space because of both the sound and the appearance. Overall, it is a comfortable and useful neck fan with good cooling performance, but it is best suited to situations where a bit of fan noise will not bother you. Os módulos de refrigeração e aquecimento cumprem seu papel resfriando e aquecendo a região da nuca e o modo de ventilação pode ser levemente ajustado/direcionado para a região da testa. O ruído não chega a incomodar mesmo na maior velocidade. A única desvantagem que percebi é que a ventilação não aproveita o resfriamento ou aquecimento da placa. Assim, quem pensar como eu, que ao usar o modo de aquecimento ou refrigeração, que a ventilação será aquecida ou resfriada, isso não irá acontecer.

Y'all! I love this thing! I run got, I'm just always feeling hotter than everyone around me. I work assisting my friend with her paint and sip business, as such I'm constantly running around helping people, setting up and breaking down the rooms, on top of just being a busy mother and wife. This thing has made a real difference in my comfort. The cold plate gets real damn cold, I only use that for a few minutes at a time, and yes the fan does make quite a bit of noise, I mean it's right at your ears, but it's a trade off in willing to make. So far I've only used the fan on low for extended periods of time and have had no issues with battery life. Upcoming vacation will be a true workout and test for this guy but so far I do fully recommend it!

This neck fan is absolutely worth it. In almost 100 degree weather at a festival it definitely came in clutch. I had a portable battery plugged into it for the whole day and had the fan and cooling at full speed and it kept me really cool. Definitely recommend!

kinda nice to have, i thought it would be a gimmick. I've seen products like this before that only had fans but this one has a thermoelectric cooler (aka TEC) so it can actually produce "coldness". the TEC is in a plate that sits on the back of the neck and takes 10ish minutes to get to max cold-ness, but once it is cold it is a noticeable effect. its kinda like having a digital cold-towel. its nothing crazy, you'll never need a jacket because of it, but i think they did a good job making it a useful feature given the constraints. You can only have so much battery while maintaining portability, and a TEC is not the fan feature works really well. it blows air up into your face and down your chest. It can be pretty strong. If you just want fan functionality, there are cheaper products that do that but don't have the TEC. There is also a heating function. I think this is a separate resistive heater rather than running the TEC in reverse (the TEC fans don't run in heat mode). As someone that gets cold in even the slightest draft, i am interested to see if this helps me once summer is over. noise emissions: the cooling mode has fan(s) to exhaust the hot air from the backside of the TEC. These whirr a little bit, but not too disturbing. About the sound of a laptop fan. The fans that actually blow air up/down are a bit louder but that's how fans work. The heating function does not have any fans of its own. looks stylish enough. it looks like a pair of headphones. Other than the whirr of the fans nobody is likely to think you're weird for having it around your neck. I did have one issue where my hair was the perfect length for the tips to sit exactly in the fans for the TEC's exhaust (back of neck). Women with short-ish hair or guys with long-ish hair might run into this issue. I solved it by making an origami bit to put over the exhaust grille until my hair grew out past that point. for what it sets out to do, I think this is a good product. The TEC is somewhat a vanity gizmo, but it does actually work. I think you could get most of the same benefits with a fan-only model for cheaper. I really thought I would regret this purchase, but I don't actually, even bought a second one to give to my dad for father's day. The price is a bit steep so i rate 4/5. I think if I told ppl what I paid for this, they would laugh.
