I have unplugged my phone cord wire a million times at work to straighten it out because it gets so tangled that I can't even barely answer the phone anymore. I bought this for my office phone at work to keep the phone cord from tangling. At first it was amazing no tangles in cord and no issues with sound quality. After a month, there is an awful static in my phone calls and I can no longer use the product. Back to tangled cords.
