Worth the price
Best massager for neck , shoulder and even back pain, easy to use, fits well and it's adjustable, product built quality is great, the pressure is so perfect for pain and stress relief, heat function is not very promising, it doesn't seem much heavy when massaging, the weight is very negligible, the 3 speed works really well, i would rate it 10/10

Worst product ever. Very weak power. No heat therapy. Do not buy it. Buy from other company. It is bad quality, lowest performance. I have used many massagers for my shoulder pain, I thought I would give this "cult" company a try. Big mistake!

Decent quality product, price is a bit on the higher
At first I received a damaged item which I later had to exchange. But the product I recieved second time was good. No visible damage to the product of the shipping box, this massager is more Inclined towards neck massage rather than shoulder massage, consider getting a different product specifically for shoulder massage.

This damaged my skin. I am not happy with this product. Total waste of money. Also the material used is not good.Would like to return the product as it’s not upto standard it doesn’t fit into the neck .Useless Amazon not taking return as we'll for this product
