They are small are very easy going down
I love these vitamins they are very small gel like very pleasant to take with no smell or horrible taste to worry about. The milligram is strong enough to actually benefit you without taking several you only need one so you get several months supply with the inexpensive price you cannot beat these.The bottle is wonderful that they are in sure to stay fresh and easy to get in and out of !!
