This is a wonderful cable, no question. I am very happy with it. But, it is important you understand that a Mavic Air controller has two different types of identically looking USB-C connectors. Each type requires a different type of internal cable wiring. Unfortunately, both cable types have the same USB-C connectors and look identical. But they are not identical internally. The connector on the controller's front is for charging the controller and that is what this cable does wonderfully. The connector on the recessed back bottom is for connecting, in my case, an iPad Mini 6th generation. The cable offered here is one for charging, not for connecting an iPad Mini 6th generation. It might work with other devices, but not with an iPad Mini 6th Generation. The iPad Mini requires an "OTG" USB-C cable that has differently wired Master and Slave cable ends that must be correctly connected. A Master OTG cable connector usually has an imprinted symbol to identify it and this end connects to the controller. Charging cables, even cables Apple sells with an iPad, will not work when an OTG cable is required. If you need an extra charging cable, and you should have one, this is a good one to get.
