Woprks well to hold a shovel on my roof rack.
I used a pair of 2" aluminum rail clamps to affix this to my 2019 4Runner trd roof rack that is a bit smaller than 2" diameter tubing. I described how I made them fit in another review. On the drivers side I attached this to those 2" round mounts and strapped on a fiberglass handled shovel. So far so good and it has not come loose. Perfect for my purposes. How many seasons will they last? Who knows. I'd check them periodically as they will eventually wear out with exposure to the elements.

Will hold weed wackers at highway speeds and bouncy dirt roads!
Absolutely love these. I've bought several sets and use them in a horizontal fashion to create trimmer racks on my landscape trailer. These have been extremely durable and are able to support the weight of a weed wacker in a horizontal origin during highway travel and dirt road travel. Never once did I lose a trimmer. Would highly recommend and I will continue to buy them. Extremely good product.

One upgraded needed
Needs a two bolt mount method instead of one. Otherwise works good.

Awesome clamp. I am using them to keep a shovel and axe on the inside of my truck bed. They hold up extremely well and are not expensive. They have a great grip and being rubber they are rust proof.
