Has anyone seen improvement of the frequency in their rosacea pustules?

My rosacea and many, red, irritated pustules are 90% gone! This soap is a true miracle for me. I had gone to a dermatologist and the prescription gels made the rosacea worse. As far as diet, I just try to eat healthy overall, drink a glass of carrot juice a day, for the Vit A, seems to help as does fresh fruit smoothies and greek yogurt. Protein. So yes, a good diet is important but for me way more important is this soap. I wash one or twice per day and wash my neck, chest, face, ears, eyebrows, etc and let it sit on my skin for about 2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with cool, not hot, water. Also, try to not scrub and rub facial skin too hard. Both hot water and scrubbing made my rosacea worse. Change your pillowcases 2-3 times per week and wash them in hot water with a fragrance free soap. All these pointers have helped me a lot. Good Luck. I love this soap and will always have it. I have given some of it to friends and family and they love it also, for their highly oily skin. It helps dry out their oily skin and clears their acne they told me!

What does it Smell like? Is this completely Scent-Free? I cannot tolerate any perfume or smell (other than peppermint).

The DermaHarmony soap has no added fragrance.  It smells like good old fashioned soap - I struggle to find words when asked to describe the soap's smell. Everything smells like something, right? Most non fragrance soaps, well, they smell like soap, but are slightly unique to one another due to their different ingredients. The best answer is simple, clean, and organic-like.  The smell is very slight. A nice faint soap smell. A slight fragrance of what you would expect from a natural soap made from oils.  Hope this helps.

How long do you leave this on your face?  Do you apply and wash it off right away?

It is really up to you. I like to leave it on a couple of minutes sometimes. For example, I will lather up my face, leave it on while I brush my teeth, then rinse off.

Is this good for someone with an oily face? My face is very oily and it causes acne.
