What is the difference between this and the ecostat comfort?

The handles on the Ecostat CL are different to the Comfort and the temperature/flow markings are etched onto the body of the valve. On the Comfort, these are ABS plastic rings. What pressure does this mixer operate at? Is it suitable for combi boiler?

Do the temperature markings etc wear off with repeated cleaning etc? Thanks.

No, they are etched into the chrome although to be honest you rarely if ever look at them as they are usually left at the set points on the shower, if it is too hot or cold you move it one way or the other till it is comfortable
