I have been using/buying desk lamps for 40+ years. They're usually crap and look worse. Found this by reading reviews, and while I was somewhat skeptical deciding to go for it.Arrived today, and just a couple of "touches" by the company made me immediately want to post this review.First, the lamp looks pretty great -- MUCH better than most lamps I've seen at this price point and even much higher.Has a nice HEAVY base, so no worries about lamp tipping over -- but it's not so heavy to make it a chore to move the lamp. Lamp neck and head come as one unit, and base another, and it require one screw/washer to assemble.But this company is very consumer friendly -- they sent two screws -- so if you lose one or later the original gets worn, you have the right screw at hand -- AND they sent a small screwdriver, so I could easily aqssemble the lamp right out of the box -- that is a thoughfulness that is all too rare in internet commerce. So I applaud them.Lamp has four light settings -- the two that I will tend to use are "study" and "read" -- the two brighter levels. There is a USB outlet on the lamp which is a nice convenience. There is also a 60 min timer to turn the lamp off automatically -- good if you read in bed and tend to fall asleep, leaving the lamp on. This lamp, btw, will likely get reordered as a bedside reading lamp.There are a few minor things, that may or may not be dealbreakers for you:The plug is not a standard plug, and takes up more room on your outlet. Seems like the 110 has to be stepped down for the actual lamp?The head of lamp is NOT on a swivel, so you can only adjust angle of head in one direction. Not a big deal, but for some it might be.The main "design tweak" I'd ask for is the two "tightening levers" at base and head are a little small (and therefore have little leverage). If you have arthritis, I think this would be very difficult to adjust. I tried to reposition these where you could get a little more leverage on them, but they end up in same position. Again, for most people this would be a minor inconvenience at best, but if your hands are handicapped in any way, this might be problematic.For me, the only minor dislike is that the lamp is not quite as tall as I might like. I would love for the company to make a larger version of this lamp -- same design, bit scaled up a bit. A swivel head, and better tighteners would make this malp about perfect. I'd give it 4.5 stars, but added a half star for the thoughtful packing on an extra screw and small screwdriver.Lastly -- and I have mixed feelings about this The company offers a $10 gift card for a 5 star review. So I will say, in my case, that I will only use that rebate on further items from this company -- as opposed to a general reward.I understand from a small company's pov, they want to encourage positive reviews, and I give them points for trying. But I would encourage them to either offer the coupon only for their products (such that it's not quite so bribey) OR to offer it for ALL reviews whether or not positive or not -- but that probably would be exorbitant.All I can say, is I was already thinking about reviewing this item before I found the coupon, and while it is welcome (as I intend to get another lamp!) it did not influence the star rating or the overall review.Lastly, if I haven't been clear on this -- for the price this is truly a GREAT buy. So if you're on the fence, and want a modern looking desk lamp, that is functional, well-designed, and looks good, I think you'll be happy with this one

I purchased this desk lamp for my home office back in 2022. It is still as sleek, stylish, and eye-catching as the day I set it up. I also love the different levels of light modes it gives off.

I purchased the LED Desk Lamp,JUKSTG Eye-Caring Table Lamp, Adjustable Desk Light, Home Office Lamp to replace an older desk lamp which I used to light up my keyboard. The LED Desk Lamp is very adjustable from "tall" to "compact" positions. So, I was able to adjust it to fit my need and space available on my office desk. The hefty, ample size, base has to be assembled to the lamp shaft but it was very easy to do. The supplier even provides a screwdriver along with the washers and bolt to complete the assembly. The choice of lighting are, color ranges: reading, study, relax, and sleep modes. The only mode I haven't used is the sleep one. The individual modes are selected on a pad near the base of the lamp and are selected by simply a soft touch. The modes are labeled but the print for each selection is so small that I cant easily read them. That is my #1 complaint about the desk lamp. There is also a soft touch button for sleep mode and another for immediate on/off. Additionally, a tiny red light illuminates to show which mode you're currently using. Lastly, the "plus and minus" soft touch buttons allow you to personalize the brightness of each selected color mode. Also, the desk lamp retains the last selected lighting settings when you turn on the lamp. I like that feature because I have mine set to where I like it and I never have a reason to change it. So, I don't have to keep going back to the selection panel to readjust my settings! Overall, for the price and the features I highly recommend the JUKSTG Desk Lamp at this time. We shall see how it holds up over time. Hopefully it will last as long as my old desk lamp which was well over 10 years old. I will list a few minor details:1) The LED lamp bulbs appear to be sealed and cannot be replaced. The LED goes out the lamp becomes garbage.2) For the life of me, I don't understand why these "affordable" lamps are not hardwired. The 110 power cord plugs into the base of the lamp and it has a block style two prong outlet plug.3) There is another color choice available which is Black. Mine is silver which is my preferred choice of the two colors.There you have it. I ultimately have to give an overall rating of 5 stars. It has a somewhat "drafting desk lamp" appearance without the huge size which gives it character. I am happy with it. I think you will be too.

I bought this lamp over a year ago. As a lamp, it does its job very well, hence a very satisfied 4 stars. It is sufficiently bright, and the range of luminosities is good. The different color settings are very helpful and well-chosen. I find I use "reading" the most--its the easiest on the eyes while still letting you see text clearly. The design of the lamp is very modern and elegant and the buttons are well-integrated into the device. The lamp is very rigid and has minimal wobble--when you fix it in a position, it stays there. Despite that, it is still easy to adjust. The base is weighty and keeps the device in place while turning it.There are a few issues that are minor inconveniences that you should know about. (a) Despite being LEDs, the top of the lamp gets very hot. (b) The USB port stopped working after a few works. This was frustrating as it was one of the reasons I bought this particular lamp. (c) The print on the buttons looks very nice and clean but is poor quality and rubbed off after a few months. Since I only use the power button frequently, this wasn't a big deal, as it was the only one that wore out. However, if you plan on using the other buttons frequently, they will rub off as well. I've attached a picture of this--the power button label is completely gone.Overall, I'm a fan of this lamp. For the price, it is one of the best small desk lamps you can buy. If they fix the quality issues mentioned above it would basically be perfect.
