Tastes good. But very expensive though.
Can't use this for seasoning because it's too expensive to sprinkle over meals. Had to eat it directly so that I can taste it better.

Bought it for daughter as per her nutritionist’s advice who is keeping her dairy intake minimal for the time being. Daughter is 12yr old and into professional sports. Taste wise it’s too salty. Hence gave one star less. Not her preference but consuming it because of doctor’s prescription. Go for it for dietary requirement. Taste wise normal milk cheese is any time better and I wouldn’t say it taste like normal cheese.

Can smell a bit fishy so you gotta learn how to use it. It's easy to use as a high protein, no fat cheese replacement. Account for moisture absorption by the yeast flakes (depending on your quantity) by adding extra water in your food. Best suited for wet dishes. No used for dry food yet. The serving size recommended on the label is quite large. Can make turn food salty so account for that too. I'm happy with the taste and texture.
