Effective for my husband who is having trouble sleeping after retiring!
My husband retired at the end of 2023. He was used to the 'go to bed at 10pm, wake up at 6am' routine. He worked at home since Covid. Now that he doesn't have the pressure of a job to get him into bed at night and out of bed in the morning, he just can't fall asleep anymore! I ordered this for him to try. It was at a crazy cheap price! He takes 2 and it works most of the time for him. He's skeptical of these natural products, but was willing to try it. As I said, it works most of the time for him. Easy to swallow, no taste. He does take 2 each time he takes it.

Finally sleeping through the night without grogginess!
Finally, I can sleep through the night! I have two prescriptions from my doctor to help me sleep because I take a 24-hour medication during the day that makes it impossible to sleep without help. While those prescriptions got me to sleep, staying asleep was a different story. I find that this product does both. I've actually stopped using the prescription meds and only use this now. I sleep well and highly recommend it. I only take one pill and I don't feel groggy or foggy when I wake up, unlike with other medications.

Gives you first kick but not as effective
I've just started taking this because im lacking sleep lately and it does work, it gives you the first kick but it will not make you sleepy for longer hours. I've taken this coupes times and woke up only short couple hours and couldn't go back to sleep anymore.

Tried a few melatonin and this is the one that knocks me out. Been taking it for a few weeks now and i don't think there're any side effects

they use Gelatin that is made from Bovine, this is not vegetarian and had to throw away the product. The seller is using wrong product description. Change the product desc as some people are really looking for vegetarian stuff and do not want any bovine stuff.
