Olive Wood Spatula

Beautiful spoon, perfect for bread making, or sauces. Olive wood with a slight pleasant smell, beautiful grain and smooth spoon. And thank god, not made in China. More than worth the money.

We bought this spatula as a gift for someone. It is beautiful and seems well-crafted. I love the wood grain look (sets this one apart from every other wood set you see in someone's kitchen. Very nice.

Even though this spoon is nice looking; the quality of manufacturing is lousy. You can get splinters and the wood is slightly split and at best, I would consider the quality of the product as a poor 2nd.

I bought this spatula. It is made from a flat piece of wood. It has no spoon-like curve. It is a flat spatula. However while it is perfectly flat on one side, the opposite surface is slightly curved, narrowing towards the edges of the wide part. Handle is thicker than my other olive wood spatulas. This spatula is very sturdy and slightly heavy compared to other spatulas. I like using it.

The first one I received looked great on the front but I didn't inspect it well. After the first time I took it out to use it and turned it over to clean, I discovered a long flaw along the back between the wood layers. I wrote them and they immediately offered to ship a replacement which I received the other day and is in perfect shape. I appreciate service like this.

Great asset to the kitchen and also pretty. Can recommend this product for the price. Beautiful wood!

I love this spatula. It's pretty, it's sturdy, it's functional. The tip is thin enough to be able to scrape the bottom of the pan; usually wooden spoons are more thick and round and they don't work as well IMO. Great buy.

It snapped in two when I started hand washing it before the first use. Extremely low quality even though it looked nice.

Zuerst, der Pfannenwender kam sehr schnell über den Verkäufer VolkskunstShop Morgenstern. Habe schon diverse Olivenholzprodukte gekauft, welche teilweise sehr schön auf Amazon dargestellt waren, bei denen die Optik des Produkts dann aber leider nicht mit dem Foto hat mithalten können. Anders hier, der Wender ist auch in echt toll gemasert, er schaut einfach gut und nach tollem Olivenholz aus! Auch ist er nicht so dünn dass man das Gefühl hat dass er gleich bei der ersten Nutzung zerbricht! Er ist gut gearbeitet, hat keine störenden Kanten. Er fasst sich einfach gut an und es ist eine Freude damit zu arbeiten. In the end ein toller Kauf!

bought this product to do stir fry, looks better then the image,better then what i expected, nice to use, size is good, olive wood is excellent, you get a leaflet how to care for the spatula to make it last, would recommend this excellent

La spatule, légère, semble robuste. Le bois est dur et dense. Bien travaillé : lisse partout, et un biseau très aigu, qui paraît idéal pour détacher des sucs sur un fond métal/émail. Taille : un poil courte pour moi peut-être. Bref une très bonne impression générale ^^
