Mine came with the bag, they are pretty good to be honest

Q: what are the inside deimnsions of the main and top storage areas? would i be able to get a laptop or A4 paper carrier in either for work?

the ISOBAG is designed to transport Meals inside. Therefore the main compartment and also the Top-Compartment are ISOLATED and a bit smaller than A4.
