Solid Piece of equipment
This product is solid and heavy duty, I would highly recommend this. A little steep in price compared to other clamps, but well worth it. Also, the I-Beam width in my basement is between 6 1/2 in and 6 3/4 in so I just purchased the 7 in one and it was perfect.

Built like a tank
The I-Beam mount is solid and I would have no fears hanging a rope or a heavy bag from it. If you are looking to use it to hang gymnastic rings, I would suggest getting two, so that you can customize the distance between your rings.
