I’ve just come from hospital and started using these knickers and they are ten times better then the hospital ones, they are bigger, super soft and very comfortable. High waisted so cover scars well and keep them protected. Plenty of space to fit a pad in there too. They definitely seem like they can be worn more than once and it seems a shame to throw them away after one wear but I will. Great quality, though I snagged my first pair putting them on which produced a tiny hole. I’m about to order another pack so I have enough for my first two weeks post op cos normal knickers are not possible right now. I’d highly recommend these.

Comfortable, went above the CS scar, what else could I ask for? Quite stretchy so they fit well and the fabric is soft too. A great buy.

These are good quality mesh underwear. Good for c section/postpartum use. However they are not as stretchy as the hospital ones, so they can be a bit tight around the thighs/bum.

I am at the hospital and am using these after a c section. These are great pants, perfect for holding pads in place, tight enough without any discomfort. Also big enough to stretch over the wound. I have used other inferior quality disposable knickers after past deliveries which were simply uncomfortable plus had to replace frequently as they never held pads so leaked and soiled quickly. These pants feel a lot more robust, like cotton knickers and the boxer style shape is great. Do not feel sweaty in these. I am usually a size 8 and s/m are a great fit. Really am not feeling any discomfort at all which is such a must after a surgery. Have not tried washing yet but for use in hospital l cannot fault these pants. Highly recommend.

I have just had a C-section and the hospital pants are really uncomfortable. They always seem to just sit where the scar is. These, on the other hand, are extremely comfortable. They sit quiet high up on what used to be your bump, which means no rubbing against the scar. The pants are like shorts, so they feel very comfortable once on. Maternity pads fit well, even the one with wings on them. They do not too the pants on removal. I'm really happy I got this brand and I highly recommend you buy this. It arrived well before time which made it perfect.

Comfortable, breathable material, perfect for C section. Just as described, used multiple times and hand washed them. They were the same even after multiple washes, easy to wash and dry. Totally recommend!!! Just a quick tip, after using maternity pads ( no wings) , the other pads should also be without wings, due to the design, easier to fit.

Very much useful in post partum period.saves loads of washing. Hassle free.

Die Hosen waren unbequemer als die Netzhosen im Krankenhaus. Durch den Panty-Schnitt rollen sich die Beine nach oben, das ist sehr unbequem und zeichnet sich unter Kleidung ab. Habe alle Hosen direkt weggeworfen.
