Thickness and texture great for Easy to make a quick meal: add vegetables teriyaki sauce and spices to desired taste, 2 tbsp water, cover, and microwave.

Boil these for 8 minutes & you're done. They are way better than the Udon noodles I usually get from Kroger. These are a Korean style vegans dream. They'll be my goto noodle from now on. ; )

If you haven't made good udon at home and (yeah I know good on udon would be making your own noodles but since I don't have that kind of time this is a great substitute)... You need to make udon at home. My husband and I make varying types of udon soups especially in cold weather.

More like thicker spaghetti noodles
Man I was looking for a thick udon noodle; these arenât that much bigger than a spaghetti noodle; they taste great but I wouldnât purchase again.
